Computer Operator

We are looking for a skilled Excel professional to manage, analyze, and present data efficiently. The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable working with large datasets, creating reports, and automating repetitive tasks using Excel.

This role is critical for maintaining data accuracy, improving workflows, and supporting decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for daily operations
• Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights
• Build dashboards, reports, and summaries using Excel
• Use formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts to present data clearly
• Automate repetitive tasks using advanced Excel functions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with:
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• INDEX-MATCH
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.
• Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with Excel dashboards
• Knowledge of Power Query / Power Pivot
• Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting
• Prior experience in a similar role
