Job Description

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of inventory movement (inward & outward) in the system Generate GRNs, invoices, dispatch slips, and other warehouse documents Update ERP/software system regularly with stock data Coordinate with store, logistics, and accounts team for smooth operations Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation Maintain data backup and ensure records are up to date Requirements: Graduate or 12th pass with relevant computer knowledge 1+ year of experience in warehouse or logistics data entry Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and data entry software Familiarity with inventory management or ERP software (SAP, Tally, etc. preferred) Attention to detail and accuracy
