Here's a more detailed breakdown of their duties and responsibilities: Computer-Related Tasks: Data Entry: Entering and managing data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Document Preparation: Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software or other relevant software. Email Management: Managing email accounts, responding to emails, and forwarding emails to relevant personnel. Database Management: Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Computer Maintenance: Performing basic computer maintenance tasks, such as updating software and troubleshooting common issues.
