Are you detail-oriented, organized, and confident handling documentation and deadlines
We're looking for a Tender Executive to manage and coordinate tender submissions for our growing business.
Identify and track relevant government and private tenders on e-procurement portals.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents and certifications.
Maintain and update tender databases and documentation records.
Ensure compliance with all terms, deadlines, and formats.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and authorities regarding tender clarifications or updates.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Prior experience in handling tenders (GeM, CPPP, State, PSU, or institutional tenders).
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF management).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset.
