Computer Numerical Control Operator

Role Overview: You are required to operate conventional lathes independently to manufacture high-quality and complex parts. Your role will involve reading and interpreting technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality of machined parts, making necessary adjustments during the machining process, maintaining cleanliness and order of machines and work area, and contributing to continuous quality and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Independently operate conventional lathes to produce precision components - Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances - Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts - Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process - Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area - Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements Qualification Required: - Proven B1/B2 Level German Proficiency - Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic, or similar) - Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines - Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision - Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools - Basic knowledge of German is an advantage; willingness to undergo German language training is essential - Independent, precise, and reliable work ethic Company Details: You will be joining a well-established, family-run high-tech precision engineering company with over 600 employees.
