Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Machine Operator specializing in CNC Cylindrical Grinders located in the Mohali district. Responsibilities include operating CNC cylindrical grinding machines to produce precision parts, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, setting up and calibrating machinery, performing inspections for quality assurance, and troubleshooting or addressing any operational issues. The role requires maintaining the machinery, following safety standards, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation and effective troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Machining techniques and operation of CNC Cylindrical Grinders
• Knowledge of Milling and general machinery functions
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes with attention to detail
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to safety protocols
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in aerospace, automotive, or precision components, is a plus
• High school diploma or a technical degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
