Dhami Infotech provides IT solutions to SME clients. We deal with hardware, software, networking, wireless, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), servers, and all hardware products. We are a 27-year old IT firm specializing in delivering state-of-the-art solutions across the Ahmedabad region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Hardware Technician located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues, performing routine maintenance on desktop & laptop computers, providing hardware and printer support, and ensuring optimal functionality of IT equipment. The technician will collaborate with IT teams of several of our clients to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and may also be responsible for installing or upgrading hardware components and peripherals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing and maintaining Desktop Computers (min. 1-year experience)
Hands-on experience in Computer Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Expertise in Hardware Support, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
Good communication skills to provide clear support and recommendations
Relevant certifications in computer hardware or IT support are a plus
Prior experience in similar roles is preferred

Please Note: The role would entail travel requirements and the candidate must bear their own vehicle. Fuel charges would be reimbursed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,378.68 - ₹22,788.55 per month
