Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Hardware Technician located in Haora. The Computer Hardware Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers and associated hardware, providing hardware support, and handling printer support tasks. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing hardware components, and ensuring optimal performance of IT equipment.

• Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Hardware Support
• Skills in Printer Support
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Relevant certifications in computer hardware or related fields are a plus
