We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Hardware Technician/Engineer to install, maintain, and repair computer systems and hardware components. The candidate should have a deep understanding of hardware architecture, troubleshooting methods, and be capable of supporting internal teams with technical hardware needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, servers, printers, and other hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (e.g., motherboard, RAM, CPU, hard drives, peripherals).
• Replace or upgrade hardware components as necessary.
• Perform system tests and ensure hardware compatibility and stability.
• Collaborate with IT teams for software-hardware integration.
• Manage hardware inventory, orders, and documentation.
• Provide support for network devices such as routers, switches, and modems.
• Maintain and repair hardware used in internal departments like CCTV, biometric systems, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in computer hardware.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a hardware technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with system BIOS, firmware updates, and driver installation.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hardware knowledge.
• Experience with hardware-level diagnostics tools and software.
• Familiarity with assembling custom-built PCs and servers.

Work Environment:

• Office or IT lab setting
• Occasional on-site support for departments/clients
• Requires occasional lifting of heavy hardware items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
