Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing curriculum is often sought. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing technologies and learning styles is important. Patience and Empathy: Patience and empathy are valuable qualities for working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills are needed to help students troubleshoot technical issues.
