Computer Faculty

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver age-appropriate Computing / ICT lessons aligned with Cambridge Computing and Digital Literacy frameworks.

· Teach foundational digital skills including typing, file management, internet safety, coding basics, and responsible online behaviour.

· Introduce students to block-based coding (Scratch), simple programming concepts, logical thinking, algorithms, and sequencing.

· Integrate digital tools to support learning across subjects (presentations, spreadsheets, educational apps, multimedia tools).

· Design and administer formative and summative assessments to track students’ progress in computing skills and digital understanding.

· Support students in developing problem-solving, creativity, and computational thinking through hands-on projects and digital activities.

· Maintain computer lab equipment, coordinate with the IT support team, and ensure safe usage of devices.

Qualification Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA OR any degree with strong Computer Science background.

· 2–4 years of teaching experience in ICT or Computer Science at primary and middle school level.

· Basic knowledge of coding platforms, office tools, and educational applications.

· Good communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for young learners.

· Salary: 30,000 to 35,000
