Computational Biologist / Bioinformatics Engineer

You will be responsible for the following key aspects in this role: - Conducting product focused Research and Development and converting it into production-grade bioinformatics pipelines for multiple products. This will involve writing algorithms, code, and software, analyzing clinical and research literature, existing products, and processing -omics datasets. - Maintaining and enhancing in-house developed -omics data analysis algorithms and software tools/pipelines. - Exploring and implementing external algorithms, software, and tools for -omics data analysis. - Collaborating with team members at Flahy to build the computational platform and a proprietary database of digital biology data. - Successfully managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You should meet the following minimum requirements for this position: - Hold a Ph.D. in biological sciences, computational biology, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field. Alternatively, possess an M.Sc/B.Tech/B.Eng/B.Sc from a reputable institution. - Demonstrate strong research and development experience in either an academic or an industrial setting.
