1) Proper handover and relieving of shift
2) General checks of centrifugal & screw compressor and cooling towers to ensure running status and
healthiness
3) Continuous monitoring and controlling of operation of compressors based on flow and pressure as per spec.
4) Updatation of check sheets
5) Entry of compressor parameters in log notes, 2hrs once
6) Acknowledging of alarms in HMI and the same intimating to hot water operators for the corrective action
7) Cleaning of air filters
8) Maintain general good house keeping
9) Co-ordinating hot water operators in operations and maintenance
10) Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures
11) Report all Break downs to site Lead / In charge.
12) Report all Incidents, Accidents and Near miss.
13) Maintaining of log notes as their job records
