As a Warehouse HR Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lead the recruitment and selection process for warehouse positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment screenings to ensure the right fit for the team. Your role will also involve managing the onboarding process for new warehouse employees, facilitating a smooth transition and effective integration into the team. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to warehouse supervisors and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Addressing employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions for blue-collar employees, will be part of your daily tasks. You will also facilitate training and development initiatives for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and competencies relevant to their roles. Collaborating with DPW principles, you will facilitate and conduct employee engagement activities. Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and safety standards will be crucial in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate HR records and documentation related to warehouse personnel, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Collaboration with the corporate HR team to implement company-wide HR initiatives and programs at the warehouse level will be essential. Managing vendor relationships at the warehouse and overseeing tasks related to third-party manpower, master data maintenance, and contract employee databases will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate from a recognized university or institute with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience. Key competencies for success in this position include driving results, making others excel, creating growth, and adapting and evolving. Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself effectively across the organization are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required to perform the tasks efficiently.,
