Compliance & Communications Officer

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Compliance & Communications Officer to review and approve all external communications, including Facebook ads, email campaigns, SMS messages, and website content. This role ensures compliance with Meta policies, AU/NZ consumer law, and spam regulations.

You’ll be the final sign-off for anything customer-facing and will use ChatGPT to assist with compliance checks and drafting approved language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve all outgoing emails, SMS messages, ads, and promotions
• Review Facebook and TikTok ads for compliance before publishing
• Audit automated customer flows (e.g., layby reminders, order updates)
• Maintain compliant templates and disclaimers across all platforms
• Use ChatGPT and internal tools to assist with policy checks
• Monitor Meta ad rules and AU/NZ legal requirements

Experience:

• 3–5+ years in compliance, marketing review, or legal content
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Familiar with Meta Ad Library, Shopify, email/SMS platforms
• Knowledge of AU/NZ consumer law is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
