Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee, located in Bengaluru. The trainee will support a wide range of activities, including assisting in company law compliance, secretarial audits, maintaining statutory registers and records, preparing minutes and resolutions, and filing various returns as per applicable laws. The role also includes assisting, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Company Law, Corporate Compliance, and Secretarial Standards
• Skills in drafting resolutions, minutes, and legal agreements
• Knowledge of statutory reporting and procedures for filing with regulatory bodies
• Proficiency in research, documentation, and maintaining statutory records
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced professional environment
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar education. Enrollment in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as a student is mandatory
