Job Description

Responsibilities: - Responsible for corporate and commercial advisory, including on matters of corporate governance, legal risks, and statutory requirements. - Responsible for monitoring and implementing changes in corporate laws and regulations. - Manage outside consultants in relation to corporate compliances. - Support Board and shareholder management. - Support Risk management and ethics. - Support internal verticals through collaboration to address legal and compliance needs. - Seek ways to streamline and improve on inefficiencies, including continual improvement of forms and processes in response to customer concerns or internal demands. Requirements: Experience of between 5-8 years. Qualified as a Company Secretary (CS) by Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Experience with handling compliance for subsidiaries preferred. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage competing deadlines. Pragmatic, business focus with an understanding of business goals, and the ability to assess and manage risk. Team player with exceptional people skills who has the demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
