Position Overview

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, while also providing strategic guidance to the board of directors. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about corporate governance and have a keen understanding of company law and secretarial practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the IPO process, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act.
• Assist in the preparation of board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely filings of necessary documents.
• Support the company in maintaining good relationships with shareholders and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in company law and regulations, and advise the management accordingly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in company secretarial roles, preferably within a listed entity.
• Strong knowledge of IPO management, ICSE, and company law.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
• Professional certification as a Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.
