Hands on previous experience in working closely with Stock Exchanges, listed companies, IPO pre and post handling, ESG including co-ordination with Depositories, Merchant Bankers, RTA etc.

Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books, and registers of the companies
3.
Arranging board/general meetings and preparing minutes thereof
4.
Manage the closure of all Action items arising out of Board and Committee meetings and systematic reporting of the Companies
5.
Loan Documentation, registration of charges, status, and search reports
6.
Communication with Shareholders, Stakeholders, Government and Regulators, Authorities, etc.
7.
Managing all Statutory Compliances related to Companies Act and other applicable Acts.
8.
Providing support in Secretarial Audit/Internal Audit/Annual Report related assignments, Liaising with Independent Directors, External Regulatory Authorities, and Service Providers
9.
Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities
10.
Drafting and negotiating vendor contracts
11.
Advising on general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, insurance, and sustainability issues
12.
Anticipate and manage the (legal) risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations, to secure compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations, to pro-actively create and maintain awareness of business employees for (compliance with) relevant laws and regulations.
13.
Relevant experience in M&A (legal DD, documentation drafting & negotiation) and financing transactions.
14.
Co-ordinating for compliance related activities at Plants/ Factories
Prefer Candidate with Pre & Post IPO experience
