Job Overview:

The Support Staff will assist trainers, participants, and program coordinators in the effective delivery of training sessions. They will also ensure the smooth functioning of the training centers by maintaining facilities and handling logistical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Facility Maintenance: Ensure training centers are clean, organized, and well-equipped.

● Participant Assistance: Support participants during training sessions, particularly those requiring additional help with tools or equipment.

● Inventory Management: Keep track of training materials, tools, and supplies, and report shortages to the coordinator.

● Logistics Support: Arrange for transportation of training equipment and materials when required.

● Administrative Tasks: Assist in maintaining attendance records and other documentation.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage.

Skills Required:

● Good organizational skills.

● Friendly and cooperative attitude towards participants and staff.

● Basic knowledge of inventory management and facility upkeep.
