As an assistant for the community outreach service program in Ropar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project manager and connecting with the local community effectively. Your passion for social work and ability to work comfortably in the field will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the project manager in field and outreach activities. - Coordinate with local schools, officials, and community members. - Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports. - Support in planning and organizing community events and health camps. Qualifications: - BBA/MSW/BA degree with a background in social work or management. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc). - Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in Punjabi. - Local candidates from Ropar are preferred.
