Community Ops Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  daily community operations

  (onboarding, member queries, and support).
• Coordinate and support

  community events

  (masterclasses, mentorship sessions, and meetups online/offline).
• Collaborate with the core team to maintain operational efficiency.
• Track and update key data (attendance, member engagement, event performance).
• Facilitate seamless communication with community members.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and other basic online tools.
