We're seeking passionate, hardworking, and dynamic field sales executives to help recruit aspiring nannies across South Bangalore. Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct extensive field visits to local communities, apartments, self-help groups, NGOs, hospitals, and other potential areas to engage with women interested in becoming professional nannies. 2. Clearly explain Supernan's unique offering free training and job placements for eligible candidates. 3. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential nanny candidates. 4. Ensure regular follow-up and provide assistance throughout the recruitment process. 5. Report progress and updates during bi-monthly office review meetings. Job details: 1. Prior experience in field sales, community mobilization, recruitment, or similar roles, specifically from FMCG field sales, market research, or social work backgrounds. 3. Office-based experience is not suitable; candidates must have demonstrated enthusiasm and success in field-based roles. 4. Comfortable and enthusiastic about extensive travel and field-based work throughout the day. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must speak Kannada and Hindi. 6. Owns a two-wheeler for daily travel.
