Internship Role: Community & Marketing Intern

Type: Part-time, Field-based Internship
Location: Bangalore (Head Office – Koramangala)
Requirement: Candidates must possess a two-wheeler for local travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Outreach & Marketing: Execute on-ground awareness campaigns and promote Superhealth’s services within local communities.
• Relationship Building: Connect with residents, local businesses, and institutions to strengthen Superhealth’s community presence.
• Brand Engagement: Educate people about Superhealth’s mission and offerings, driving trust and patient engagement.
• Event Coordination: Support community events, wellness programs, and outreach drives.
• Strategic Input: Collect feedback and insights from the field to help improve marketing and engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in marketing, sales, and healthcare innovation.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field role.
• Proficiency in English & Kannada (Hindi preferred but not mandatory).
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and a desire to make a real community impact.

This internship offers students a unique hands-on experience in marketing and operations within a rapidly growing healthcare organization. Exceptional interns will be considered for PPOs and may join us as full-time Community Managers after successful completion.
