About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage spaces by overseeing and growing topic-based communities on The Under 25 App to keep them active, vibrant, and engaging 2. Curate and publish compelling content regularly to spark discussions and excitement within the spaces 3. Identify cohorts by grouping users based on interests and creating topic-based spaces tailored to their preferences 4. Use basic design tools to create engaging content using card templates for posts on spaces 5. Write and curate engaging, student-friendly push notifications to drive users back to the app and increase interaction 6. Actively engage with users, identify community champions, and celebrate their contributions to keep motivation high 7. Monitor activity and engagement within spaces to improve content strategy and community experience Requirements: 1. Have 0-2 years of experience in community management, content creation, or social media 2. Demonstrate strong communication and content curation abilities 3. Possess basic-level design skills such as Canva or Figma to work on templates 4. Analyze user interests and tailor content accordingly 5. Show creativity to make spaces interactive, engaging, and relevant 6. Be proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about building communities 7.
