Additionally, you will oversee activities, support social carers, and capture media content during sessions. Your role will also involve creating and posting engaging content, managing social media accounts, and interacting with followers. You will be expected to maintain records, assist with budget management, and collaborate with team members. Gathering feedback, adjusting plans accordingly, and providing regular reports to management will also be part of your responsibilities.
