Communicative English Trainer

Job Description: inlingua International Chennai is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Trainer to deliver high-quality English language training at a reputed engineering college in Cuddalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a structured curriculum tailored to students’ academic and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging English language lessons in line with the institution's goals Customize lesson plans based on students’ proficiency and learning needs Foster an inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds Maintain client satisfaction through effective teaching and communication Manage classroom dynamics and student behavior professionally Provide regular feedback and progress reports

Qualifications: MA or PhD in English (mandatory) Strong subject knowledge and command over the English language Prior experience in managing classrooms and delivering structured content Ability to handle students from varying academic and cultural backgrounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
