About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Communication with stakeholders, funders, and partners. 2. Develop, write, and edit engaging content for social media, reports, campaigns, and official letters. 3. Design and create visually appealing graphics, reels, and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms. 4. Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms. 5. Prepare funder reports, internal reports, and other key documentation. 6. Execute communication campaigns for fundraising, awareness, and advocacy initiatives. 7. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management. 8. Collaborate with teams to align communication strategy with overall organizational goals. 9. Track and analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on insights. 10. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. About Company: Training and Educational Centre for Hearing Impaired (TEACH) is a registered not-for-profit organization (E/10326/Thane) and a higher educational institute for the deaf. TEACH was founded in 2016 and since then has educated 200+ deaf children. Students join TEACH after completing their schooling and go through our unique model of overall development. In the end, they attain graduation (university degree), certifications & placements.
