Commis III - Pastry

Job Summary:

As a Commis Pastry at L'Opera French Bakery, you will support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts. This role is perfect for a passionate individual looking to develop their skills in a professional bakery environment, working alongside experienced chefs to learn the art of French pastry and baking.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Ingredients:

• Assist in the preparation and measurement of ingredients as per recipes.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and stored correctly.

Pastry Production:

• Support the production of a variety of French pastries and desserts.
• Follow detailed recipes and instructions.

Quality Control:

• Ensure that all products meet the high standards of L'Opera French Bakery.
• Assist in the decoration and presentation of finished products.

Hygiene and Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bakery and pastry department is required.
• A passion for French pastries and baking.
• Basic understanding of kitchen and bakery operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
