As a Commis, you will work closely with your team to craft exceptional Food & Beverage experiences for our guests while upholding the highest culinary standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare daily food items as per company standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate daily kitchen tasks with team members for smooth operations.
• Execute kitchen operations efficiently to meet service timelines.
• Estimate daily production needs and ensure the quality of raw and cooked food materials.
• Maintain excellence in food production, preparation, and presentation.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality products consistently.
• Monitor and adhere to food cost control measures on an ongoing basis.
• Document and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, receiving, storage, and sanitation.
• Maintain updated documentation for menu items, recipes, production methods, and presentation standards.
• Safely operate all kitchen equipment and promptly report any malfunctions.
