Commis I-Cold kitchen

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Work closely with senior chefs to learn and develop skills.
• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
• Assist in the development of new menu items.
• Work efficiently under pressure.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist with the training of new staff members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Ensure all food is stored correctly and safely.
• Assist with the preparation of catering orders.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of workstations.
• Ensure all food is labeled correctly.
• Assist with the preparation of garnishes and accompaniments
• Assist with the preparation of salads and cold appetizers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cold Kitchen: 3 years (Preferred)
• Continental: 3 years (Preferred)
• Culinary: 3 years (Preferred)
