JOB HIRING – POROTTA COMMIS CHEF

Position: Commis Chef – Porotta Section
Location: Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Kerala-style porotta and related items
• Assist senior chefs in dough preparation and cooking
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality
• Handle tawa and cooking equipment safely
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support during peak service hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in porotta preparation
• Good knowledge of dough making and cooking techniques
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure
• Disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
