JOB HIRING – CHINESE COMMIS CHEF

Position: Commis Chef – Chinese Cuisine
Location: Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of Chinese dishes (Indo-Chinese / Authentic Chinese)
• Support CDP/DCDP in daily kitchen operations
• Handle chopping, marination, sauces, and basic cooking
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Follow standard recipes and portion control
• Assist during peak hours and service time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Chinese Commis Chef
• Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and sauces
• Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with positive attitude
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
