We are looking for a dynamic candidates for the position of Commis Chef in Indian/ South Indian, Chinese and Tandoor. Should be a hotel management graduate or diploma holder. Should have minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a Commi II/III. This position shall have adequate knowledge of the cuisine and previous experience of working in organised setups and reputed restaurant/hotel chains. Should maintains daily mis-en-place and prepares certain food items for the following days
