You should have a Food Production/Hotel Management Degree qualification. It would be beneficial if you have 00-01 years of work experience in the field. Candidates based in Goa will be given preference for this position. Your special skills should include knowledge of food preparation techniques, basic knife skills, and familiarity with over-the-counter food service. As a part of your role and responsibilities, you will be required to prepare Continental Food as per recipes, maintaining quality standards, presentation standards, and following the food preparation checklist. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Cold Food. This is a full-time position that includes benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
