The Pride Hotels Group is a prominent Indian hospitality brand with a presence in major cities across the country. Since its inception by Mr. S. P. Jain in 1987, the group focuses on providing warm hospitality infused with an Indian touch. With a network of 60 hotels that is expected to expand further, Pride Hotels is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 2, specializing in Western cuisine, located in Udaipur. The Commi 2 will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes are prepared to high quality standards. Daily tasks include maintaining kitchen hygiene, following culinary instructions, and supporting the culinary team in various duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Food Preparation and Cooking skills
Strong Hygiene and Culinary Skills
Effective Communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are beneficial
