Key Responsibilities Assist in prepping ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes. Help in salad assembly, pasta boiling, sandwich preparation, etc. Maintain cleanliness of tools and work surfaces. Ensure proper food storage and FIFO practices. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Western cooking methods and kitchen tools. Good knife skills and prep work efficiency. Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness. Educational Requirements A qualification in Hotel Management (diploma or degree) is mandatory.
