Key Responsibilities Peel, chop, grind, and prepare ingredients as instructed. Support basic cooking under supervision (roasting, frying, blanching). Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment. Store and label ingredients properly. Required Skills Some basic knowledge of Indian cuisine. Good knife skills and kitchen discipline. Willingness to learn and grow into higher roles. Educational Requirements A qualification in Hotel Management (diploma or degree) is mandatory.
