Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain printers, copiers, and related hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printers. Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal printer performance. Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer functions and troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate printers with network systems. Manage printer inventory, including ordering supplies and replacement parts. Monitor and document all service requests and resolutions. Adhere to safety standards and protocols during repair and maintenance operations. We are looking for 1. Service engineers- Canon printers - 0 - 3years experience - Education: ITI / BCA / Diploma - will undergo training from Canon company for a week - salary : 18k to 20k with travel allowance + bonus Location : Bangalore
