Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and storage of ingredients post-shift. Follow recipes and SOPs strictly. Required Skills Hands-on experience in tandoor operations and Indian kitchen work. Basic understanding of spice handling, marination, and grilling techniques. Ability to take directions and work independently when required. Educational Requirements A qualification in Hotel Management (diploma or degree) is mandatory.
