About the Role We’re seeking a proactive Real Estate Field Executive to scout, evaluate, and secure prime commercial properties for leading brands such as McDonald’s, Zudio, Starbucks, Blinkit, and more. The role involves identifying opportunities with property owners and supporting end-to-end site acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities Scout and identify commercial properties as per client requirements. Build relationships with landlords and developers. Present shortlisted sites with location insights and feasibility details. Support negotiations, documentation, and due diligence. Track new developments and provide market intelligence reports. Requirements Graduate in any discipline 3–5 years’ experience in real estate or site acquisition. Good knowledge of Mumbai’s property market. Willing to travel extensively for site scouting.
