Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Sales & Leasing Lead outright sales, leasing, and resale of commercial properties, including shops, showrooms, and office spaces. Identify and negotiate with potential buyers, tenants, and investors. Execute leasing agreements, contracts, and documentation with legal and compliance adherence. Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and ensure high-value leasing deals. 2. Business Development & Brand Tie-ups Build strong relationships with national & international brands, corporate clients, and franchises for potential tie-ups. Collaborate with retail and corporate brands to lease spaces for flagship stores, outlets, and offices. Identify and pitch commercial spaces to franchise businesses, retail chains, and corporate clients. 3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Conduct market analysis to determine property valuation, rental trends, and investment potential. Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends, competitors, and upcoming developments. Identify high-demand locations and strategize leasing/sales efforts accordingly. 4. Client & Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, real estate consultants, and developers. Ensure a seamless client experience from property visits to deal closure. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and contracts. 5. Sales Target & Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets. Implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue generation. Work with the marketing team to drive property promotions, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing agreements, and market trends. Understanding of franchise business models and corporate leasing. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and real estate management software. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience working with brands, franchise chains, or corporate real estate teams. A well-established network in retail, hospitality, and corporate leasing sectors. Ability to travel as required to close deals and meet clients.
