Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager located in Chennai. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and driving sales. Key day-to-day tasks include overseeing business development activities, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with different teams to ensure effective delivery of services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Business development, Sales, and Client relationship management skills Experience in gift card sales Some experince in merchandising will be a plus Contract negotiation and Market analysis skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Other Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. · 7-10 years of experience in with a proven track record of growing and managing a fast paced business environment. Must have strong relationships in selling gift cards and rewards/loyalty marketing · Strong analytical and communication skills. · Good business and commercial acumen. · Experience in negotiating and finalising contracts. · Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. · Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
