We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with expertise in selling specialty chemicals across industries such as Automotive & Industrial Coatings, Architectural Paints, Powder Coatings, Inks, Adhesives, Sealants, and Construction Chemicals. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, key account management, distributor network expansion, and strategic sales planning across PAN India. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Achieve annual sales targets (Volume & Value) as set with the Technical Sales Manager Drive business growth by acquiring new customers, especially MNCs Identify new product opportunities for existing and emerging markets/applications Strengthen relationships with key accounts and maintain strong customer engagement Channel & Distribution Management: Develop and support distributors/agents to drive sales growth Oversee new distributor onboarding and agent commission structures Work closely with channel partners to optimize sales and market penetration Negotiation & Market Strategy: Negotiate contracts and pricing in a highly competitive market Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities Collaborate with the technical team to set up product promotion plans Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular management reports to HQ, including: Quarterly forecasts Inventory status Outstanding payments Sales target achievements Requirements: 18-20 years of industry experience, preferably in specialty chemicals Proven expertise in selling to industries such as Automotive & Industrial Coatings, Paints, Inks, Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals Strong experience in Key Account Management and handling mid & small-size customers across PAN India Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify new business and margin growth opportunities Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders, customers, and principals Willingness to travel extensively (50% of the time) across India
