Commercial Litigation

As a Senior Attorney specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration, you will be responsible for independently handling arbitration matters, commercial suits, and IPR-related litigation. You will work closely with the Associate Partner and lead a team consisting of a Senior Attorney and Commercial Attorneys. Your key responsibilities will include: - Drafting suits, claims, responses, and petitions across various commercial matters. - Representing the firm before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals. - Managing arbitration proceedings and IPR enforcement litigation. - Briefing Senior Counsel and coordinating on case strategy. - Maintaining case timelines and ensuring smooth coordination on assigned matters. To excel in this role, you must possess: - Strong knowledge of the Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration Act, IBC, CPC, Contract Act, and IPR Laws. - Excellent drafting and advocacy skills. - Ability to handle litigation matters independently. - LLB with 2-4 years of post-qualification litigation experience. - Willingness to work full-time from our Nariman Point office.
