Commercial Leasing - Manager

As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve meeting real estate agents, leasing managers, property consultants, and corporate administrators to generate business leads. You will also be visiting building managers and facility managers to understand the upcoming business in the property. It will be crucial for you to maintain a database of clients and submit it on a daily basis to ensure effective communication and organization. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with real estate agents, leasing managers, property consultants, and corporate administrators to generate business leads. - Visit building managers and facility managers to stay informed about upcoming business opportunities in the property. - Maintain a database of clients and submit it daily for effective communication and organization. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in business development or a related field is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain a database and manage client information effectively.
