COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE / ERP DATA ENTRY

You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in the ERP system. This includes handling inquiries and sending out quotations. You will also be in charge of maintaining all internal documents related to the sales process, such as the Enquiry register, Quotation register, Quotation analysis, and Pending sales order. Another key aspect of your role will be collecting, verifying, and maintaining customer master data. This involves creating new customer profiles in the ERP system and ensuring that all relevant documents are properly maintained. You will need to follow up with customers for order bookings and review orders against the quotations submitted. In addition, you will be working on the ERP system for Order Acceptance and Invoicing. Collaboration with internal teams to streamline the sales process will also be part of your responsibilities. This includes order management, invoicing, generating E-way Bills, and following up with clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating stock Indent against Purchase Requisition and maintaining stock levels. You will need to coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with fixed shifts, and there is a yearly bonus offered. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person.,
