Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching for the

  MP State Board curriculum

  for assigned subjects.
• Prepare comprehensive academic content including

  notes, question banks, sample papers, PPTs, and assignments

  .
• Record

  studio sessions

  as per PW's content standards (conceptual classes, practice lectures, doubt-solving).
• Update content regularly based on the

  latest board syllabus, notifications, and guidelines

  .
• Support the academic team in designing

  assessments, mock tests, and performance improvement modules

  .
• Ensure strong learning outcomes through engaging, clear, and structured teaching.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain content accuracy and delivery quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).

• 25 years

  of teaching experience in

  Madhya

  Pradesh State Board

  curriculum.
• Strong conceptual understanding and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
• Prior experience in

  camera-facing teaching

  , online classes, or ed-tech is an added advantage.
