Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collections Executive to join our team in Garhwa, Kutchery Road. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in collections with a strong background in retail banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve collection efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
Conduct field visits to monitor customer payments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
