Key Responsibilities

• Handle collections for unsecured business loans and micro LAP.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with clients.
• Manage customer interactions and resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of collections and payment statuses.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections (preferably unsecured business loans or micro LAP).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Positive attitude with a goal-driven approach.
